6. Account Registration

7. Simultaneous Connections
Each ColicVPN account allows a limited number of simultaneous connections to the VPN service. Exceeding this limit may result in temporary suspension of service until the connection limit is respected.
8. Payment and Refund Policy

- Refunds: ColicVPN offers a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our service, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase. Refund requests made after this period will not be accepted

While we strive to provide uninterrupted VPN service, we cannot guarantee that ColicVPN will be available at all times or without interruption due to maintenance, technical issues, or factors beyond our control. We do not provide refunds or compensation for any outages or service interruptions beyond the 7-day refund period.
10. Termination of Service
Colic VPN reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services, without notice, for any violation of these Terms of Service, including the illegal use of our service or abuse of our system. Upon termination, your right to use ColicVPN services will immediately cease.
11. Account Deletion
You may request the deletion of your Colic VPN account at any time by contacting us at Support@colicvpn.com. Once your account is deleted, all associated data, including subscription information, will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered. ColicVPN reserves the right to retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
12. Limitation of Liability
Colic VPN provides its services “as is” and makes no warranties, either express or implied, regarding the reliability, security, or performance of the VPN service. In no event shall Colic VPN be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services.
